First Impression

For me, the first impression comes from seeing the main page, and in this case, I had high hopes for a positive PayForEssay review. It’s not a guarantee, of course, but it’s nice to see that a company does at least something well.

This academic writing service welcomes visitors with an attractive design that is fun to scroll and explore due to the animated graphics stylized as glossy paper cutouts. Is PayForEssay reliable though? Let’s find out.

Quality of Service

I ordered a couple-page college essay to be written in a day, so that cost me about $40. Not a bad price, I must say, but remembering all the payforessay.net reviews I’ve read, I was not expecting a perfect paper for my money.

And the writer didn’t disappoint me, meaning the paper didn’t create an impression of having been properly proofread. Nor did it seem to be a work of an essay master. About a third of it could be easily deleted because it didn’t hold any significance for the essay.

I requested a revision but was told the writer was busy with another order already, and I would need to wait a few hours till they find someone who could fix it. That meant a new writer would have to spend more time by making him- or herself familiar with the paper and my claims to make it right. Does this make payforessay.net sound reliable? Well, certainly not to me when I order a paper with a rather short deadline.

What do other people think about this service? Is it really as popular as it claims to be? I mean, 200,000 customers sounds impressive. High ratings on TrustPilot and SiteJabber.  Oh, wait, there are only 6 and 18 reviews, respectively.

Huh. Maybe I can find some PayForEssay Reddit reviews. Nope. There’s one post with a question whether anyone has anything to say about the company, but no one responded to share any experience.

Pricing and Deadlines

As I’ve mentioned before, prices are quite affordable here, and sometimes even surprisingly low for the level of service they offer, which makes you wonder, “Is PayForEssay scam?” Unfortunately, the pricing table is quite convoluted, and from it, we can learn that the cost of the paper depends on the difficulty level (High School, College, Undergraduate, Master, Ph.D.) and the deadline.

I was glad to see the longest available time for order completion is 20 days, while the shortest one is only 1 hour. The deadline options are given out of order, so it’s hard to follow.

The cheapest work would be 1 page for a high school student for only $7.9, and the same page delivered within an hour would cost $37.04, which is understandable, although doubtful. Ph.D.-level works start at $19.29 per page if you give a writer 20 days, and writing the same page in 1 hour would require paying $47.69.

I have to point out for the sake of this PayForEssay review that the difference between an urgent high-school and Ph.D. paper is suspiciously small.

Customer Care

Customer support is available via live chat and over the phone. While I was more or less satisfied with the online responses, there were some PayForEssay reviews that complained about getting no response when they tried to reach the company by the phone.

It turns out, 24/7 claims may not be true, just like many other things on the site. One of them is PayForEssay testimonials that seem to be praising the service. If you check this page, it’s easy to come to the conclusion that there is no lack of orders.

However, when you scroll for a bit and load more customer feedback, you may notice the same PayForEssay review shifting down and being displayed with a different date. All in all, PayForEssay does not seem trustworthy.
