Again, sentence fragments, improper grammar, and words spelled wrong. At times, I did not know what the writer was talking about. I don't have time for sending back for revision, as I tried that with another order only to find the paper was reissued the same. I had to make the revisions myself.

The support from the staff was great. They were polite and patient. The writer, however I can not over look. It took longer than expected. I felt the paper could have been written better with more critical and statistical analysis. Moreover, there were a lot of words that did not seem to fit or looked out of place in terms of American English.
