One of the worst experiences I have ever had, your writers clearly don't understand the descriptions and rubrics given to them. My paper was revised 4 times and still you did not deliver what I NEED. The paper took multiple unnecessary revisions. This was mostly due to the previews submitted did not include various parts of the paper. The final submission was finally corrected, but still left points of revision unedited as requested. Customer service did not address the issues and only serves as a go-between to the writer. This is two papers in a row that I've had this issue with. We'll see how the next two go, but I may have to seek out another service for future requests.
